Central Maine Medical Center School of Nursing The Central Maine Medical Center School of Nursing was founded in 1891 and was incorporated at Lewiston, Maine, on January 29, 1977, as a non-sectarian, private educational institution, offering to qualified men and women a curriculum at the Associate Degree level.

The Central Maine Medical Center School of Nursing is approved by the State Approving Agency for Veterans' Education Programs for military personnel, veterans, and their eligible dependents. The School meets the requirements for the enrollment of eligible persons under the provisions of the various educational assistance programs.
