Jaypee University of Information Technology The University commenced academic activities from July 2002 with undergraduate B.Tech. degree programs in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Bioinformatics, and Civil Engineering (from July 2003).

The University is offering M.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering), M.Tech (Electronics & Communication Engineering), M.Tech Construction Management, M.Tech. programme in Biotechnology and a 6 year dual degree B Pharm-M Pharm Practice.

Objectives

* To offer instruction in Information Technology and related fields at a level comparable to the best in the world.

* To anticipate the futuristic needs for IT and other emerging technologies and to plan and cater to them.

* To provide state-of-the-art infrastructural facilities for graduate and postgraduate study and research and thus create globally competitive human resource.

* To develop Continuing Education and Faculty Development programs.

* To provide leadership in curriculum planning and laboratory development.
