The Oakland Community College Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization incorporated in October 1979 to raise, receive and distribute financial contributions and gifts-in-kind from private sources to support the education and service missions of the College.
Oakland Community College has one of the most qualified and dedicated community college faculties in the state Michigan. This experienced faculty is dedicated to teaching and the success of their students. In our college all classes are kept small to ensure that students get the attention necessary to succeed. Also, all classes are taught by faculty, no teaching assistants. Our faculty are carefully selected for their formal academic preparation as well as their professional expertise and communication skills.
