PCI Health Training Center – Dallas, Texas is a private medical training school organized to meet the educational needs of its students who desire a challenging and rewarding career in the growing allied health care industry. Since 1978 the medical school has been preparing highly trained individuals for careers in the allied health care industry. The school originated as the Academy for Medical and Dental Assistants and was founded by Dr. Roy Rose. In 1983 the school was purchased by the Texas Education Corporation and received its initial national accreditation that year. In May of 1990 Prince Careers Inc. purchased the campus to continue its tradition of providing highly skilled personnel for the growing allied health industry under the name PCI Health Training Center. PCI made the commitment long ago, to provide training only for the allied heath careers, and we continue to concentrate our efforts in this area exclusively. Through student focused, specialized, short-term career training programs, PCI can prepare an individual with the necessary skills and technical knowledge to begin functioning immediately upon graduation as a medical health care professional.
