The academic program at TLU is characterized by small classes taught by highly qualified faculty members, not by graduate teaching assistants like at most larger universities. TLU’s average class size of just 20 students creates a teaching-learning environment that encourages personal interaction among students and their professors. Outside the classroom, students are encouraged to participate in the numerous experiential learning opportunities available, including internships, study abroad programs and Washington Semester.
