- Two individuals and attend a high school prom wearing complete attire or accessories made from duct tape.

- Also include strength of character, financial need, a good academic record (a GPA of 2.0 or higher), and a desire to contribute to society.

Patricia M. McNamara Memorial Scholarship:
- For current college students who have had to overcome obstacles to achieve their goals.
BRICK Award:
- A $5,000 scholarship and a $5,000 grant to "change-makers" for 18 years old and under, who work with Do Something to improve their communities.
- A $10,000 grant is available to those aged 19-25.
- Open to Americans and Canadians.
Discover Card Tribute Award:
- Awards up to $1 million in scholarships annually to high school juniors nationwide.
- The scholarships may be used for postsecondary education at two and four-year colleges and trade/technical schools.
- Based on community service, special talents, leadership, and overcoming an obstacle.
- Needed to have a GPA of 2.75 or better in the 9th and 10th grades.
